Analgesic, detoxifier,anti-pepsin,anti-inflammatory.
Mechanism of Action of Azulene
Azulene has anti-pepsin and anti-inflammatory actions. It also has inhibitory action on Histamine. Azulene directly acts on the inflammatory gastric mucosa and cures gastritis by suppressing inflammatory mediators.
Azulene directly inhibits the release of Histamine by local action.
Azulene also stimulates epithelium and granulation formation.

Adult: 1.5 – 2 g / day in 3 divided doses after meals. Dose is determined depending upon the age and condition of the patient.
