Alcohol, MAOIs, CNS Depressants: Effects potentiated. Food: Astemizole absorption reduced by 60 % Should be taken empty stomach or 2 hours after a meal. |

Oral- General dose Adult- 10mg once daily Children (6-12 yrs) – 5mg once daily Take astemizole on an empty stomach, 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating food. |

Effects of Missed Dosage of Astemizole |
