| Topical Beta blocker or Pilocarpine: May produce additive lowering of intraocular pressure. |
| Typical Dosage for Apraclonidine |
| Apraclonidine 0.5% and 1% ophthalmic solutions are available, 1.Control of post operative elevation of intraocular pressure after anterir segment laser surgery: Apply 1 drop 1 hour before laser surgery and 1 drop immediately after completion of procedure. 2.Short term treatment of chronic glaucoma: 1 drop 3 times daily usually used for maximum of 1 month. |
